Case Study 2 - Borehunt, Hampshire

SLS were chosen by a client in Borehunt, Hampshire to design, supply and install Under Floor Heating and lay 50mm of Liquid Screed across all 4 floors ( totalling 1100m2 ) of this beautiful new build,  country house.

Case Study 3 - The New Blake’s hotel in Grosvenor Square, Mayfair, London

SLS were contracted by one of our long-standing clients, Knight Build Ltd to supply and install our high strength screed XS, across 6 floors covering an area of 1800m2 at a depth of 75mm at The New Blake’s hotel in Grosvenor Square, Mayfair, London   The Client selected a depth of 75mm as it will enhance sound proofing.

Case Study 4 - West Marden, Chichester

On this refurbishment project in West Marden, Chichester, SLS recommended that the client select our Low Profile System, which adds real value where floor heights are an issue. Our Low Profile System consists of: 6mm of SFUF ( Insulating Foil ),  12mm UFH pipe and 34mm of Liquid Screed. The whole project of 120m2 was completed within two days.

Case Study 5 - DaVinci House in St. Albans, Hertfordshire

Another HANSE HAUS project, for more than 4 years SLS has been successfully suppling and installing Liquid Screed to these wonderful projects across the UK. This particular one the DaVinci House in St. Albans, Hertfordshire, a Pre-Fabricated Timber Framed house that required 300m2 of our Classic Liquid Screed, all poured within a day.

Case Study 6 - Guildford, Surrey

At SLS no project is too small, we often deliver just 1m3 of screed to any builder to homeowner that wants Liquid Screed. Here are images of a 60m2 extension in Guildford, Surrey, within this project SLS delivered and installed: 100mm of insulation, Membrane (DPM), an UFH System and 50mm of Liquid screed.

We had a difficult oak- framed extension project, we needed UFH and Screed to three different levels.  
Other solutions were a) expensive b) increased step height and c) involved a pre-level screed delaying the project. 
After discussing with SLS, they did the whole 40m2 job, designed and installed UFH with Anhydrite Screed, all done a day and half!  
The screed has been down 3 months with no cracking evident. A straight forward job with an efficient team that provide excellent support throughout.

Installation day came and they found a problem with the base and helped me rectify it as part of the site survey. Floor was poured and done within a few hours.
